Terms & Conditions

These are the ground rules for exploring Iki Wellness. They honour the legal bits while keeping things human. The short version: treat the community well, look after your account, and we will keep crafting tools that respect your privacy and ambitions.

Iki Wellness designs experiences that honour your time, culture, and capacity. We improve often, but never at the expense of your trust.

You control your data

You choose what to share, you can request deletion anytime, and we protect your information using modern security practices.

Wellness is collaborative

Iki is a shared space. In return for respectful participation, we offer personal support, timely communication, and transparent updates.

1. Who we are & how these terms work

Iki Tech Ltd (“Iki”, “we”, “us”) operates the Iki Wellness experiences: our website, mobile apps, and the services that orbit them. By signing up, tapping into the Wellsphere, or otherwise using Iki, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you are representing an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If that is not the case, please do not use the services on its behalf.

2. Creating and updating your account

You need an account to access most Iki features. During registration we may request information like your name, email, lifestyle selections, and wellness goals so we can personalise guidance.

Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account, so please safeguard your credentials and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Eligibility and responsible use

Iki is crafted for adults 18 years and older. We actively prevent minors from using our services and will promptly delete accounts that are discovered to belong to under-18s.

Use Iki in lawful, respectful ways: no harassment, no data scraping, no attempts to reverse engineer or breach our systems. We reserve the right to pause or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Subscriptions, payments, and trials

From time to time Iki offers paid plans or add-ons. Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal dates are clearly communicated before you confirm a purchase. Taxes may apply depending on your country.

Trials renew into paid plans unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel future renewals at any time via your settings or by contacting support. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Content, guidance, and safe practice

Iki blends curated content, coaching prompts, and community insights. We aim for accuracy but the materials are informational, not medical advice. Always consult licensed professionals for clinical decisions.

You remain responsible for your wellbeing practices. Listen to your body, skip what feels unsafe, and seek emergency care when needed. By using Iki you acknowledge these responsibilities.

6. Privacy and data stewardship

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and store your information. By using Iki you agree to those practices. Highlights include limited data sharing with trusted partners, encryption in transit, and the ability to request deletion.

You may access, correct, or delete your data through in-app controls or via support@ikiwellness.com. Some aggregated or anonymised insights may be retained to keep improving the platform.

7. Intellectual property and community contributions

Iki owns the platform, visual identity, and original content. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

When you share reflections, posts, or other submissions you grant Iki a non-exclusive licence to display and improve them within the service. You keep ownership of your words.

8. Service changes, downtime, and termination

We continuously evolve Iki. Features may be added, adjusted, or removed. We will provide notice for significant changes whenever possible.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, harm the community, or if legal or security reasons require it. You can also close your account at any time—visit delete-account or contact support.

9. Liability and legal matters

Iki provides services on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iki is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

If a dispute arises, we’ll seek to resolve it informally first. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any unresolved disputes will be handled by the courts of Kenya, unless another jurisdiction is required by local law.
